Layers of dark berry and rich cherry meld with sweet florals and warm oak spice. An elegant and complex palate rests on distinctive cool climate acidity and ripe concentrated red fruits. Subtle spice, finely tuned tannins and velvety textures extend the length and finish.

A beautifully perfumed nose packed with wild red and black berry fruits, toasted brown cooking spices and lifted floral notes, layered over a subtle earthy background. The Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted nose of white peaches, citrus blossoms, brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate displays stone fruits along with a nutty complexity from the natural ferments. The palate has good depth and concentration with a refreshingly long finish. This wine has a tight mineral structure and will develop a creamy texture as it matures.

The Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of lemongrass, fresh blackcurrant buds and ripe grapefruit. The palate introduces delightful lime zest flavours with mouth-watering intensity finishing with a strong textural component.
