Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

The wine is not heavy or fat on the palate, but rather the palate has tremendous length in addition to the raspberry, cherry, peach, herbal, citrus and mineral core.

Lemon straw with green hue. Citrus, fig and toasty oak. A hint of complexity and a struck match flintiness. A full palate texture, with a spicy oak influence and seamless finish.

Crafted from grapes harvested earlier than usual, Brancott Estate Flight Pinot Gris delivers juicy flavour in a naturally lighter alcohol and lower-calorie style. This Marlborough Pinot Gris opens with fragrant floral aromas, Nashi pear and apple, layered with notes of white peach and guava. The palate is fresh and balanced, with crisp acidity enhancing its generous fruit character, making it an easy choice to enjoy on its own or paired with seafood, white meats, fresh salads, or soft cheeses.
