Certified organic, this north-facing hillside vineyard is nurtured with meticulous hands-on viticulture following biodynamic principles. The clay soils, varied root stocks and high density planted 30+ year old vines reduce vigour and promote root structure, delivering highly concentrated fruit with great structure, tannin and minerality. The grapes for this prestigious Primitivo do not get harvested once ripe, but are left on the vine so that their ripening can go on. After about 15 days, grapes are over-ripened and dry out directly on the vine, giving a Primitivo with a complex bouquet of red fruits, raisins and clear hints of marasca cherry. Aged in barriques this Primitivo Appassimento Rinforzato is a wine which remains in your memory for its strong character and great personality.

This softly textured medium bodied Merlot is accompanied by a lovely plummy nose, that leads to a wine that is layered with ripe black fruit flavours, supported by wild berry characters and soft gentle tannins.

A full bodied South Australian Shiraz, with velvety smooth tannins. Smoky aromas, showcasing dark fruit flavours, with a subtle influence of oak. Perfectly balanced and clean on the palate.
