Ruby Ports are a blend of young, vibrant wines from different harvests. They are kept for an average of two to three years in oak vats before they are blended, fined and bottled ready to enjoy. Cockburn's Fine Ruby is a full-bodied Port with ripe red-fruit flavours, balanced with a fine structure. Perfect at the end of a dinner or simply to enjoy with good friends on relaxed occasions.

Tawny Ports are a blend of young wines from various harvests, are kept for an average of two to three years in casks. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks. Cockburn's Fine Tawny is an elegant Port with mellow and spicy flavours. Perfect served chilled at the end of a dinner or simply to enjoy with good friends on relaxed occasions.

Ruby port is all about youthful fruit and flavour intensity, and this port delivers perfectly. The nose is ripe and lifted displaying blackberry, raisin and spice characters. The palate is supple and rich with fine tannins and a lovely warm alcohol finish.

Made from the Barossa's traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz and blended via a solera-based system to an average of 10 years, the palate is sweet and mellow, but finishes deliciously dry.

A vivid golden-brown colour. The aromas of ripe fruit are abundant on the nose, with appealing notes of vanilla. On the palate it is delightfully fresh with a marked fruity character. Velvety, round and remarkably engaging. Served very chilled and with some dried fruit as an aperitif. Perfect with desserts that include caramel, coffee, apricot and dried fruit or pair it with caramelised walnuts, tiramisu, hazelnut meringue pie and mild cheeses (such as Brie).
