A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

A bright perfumed, supple expression of Marlborough pinot noir from clay hill slopes. The fruit is supported by bright florals of rose and violets with crunchy red berry fruit and dried herb notes. The palate is succulent with alluring red cherry, brown spices and silky fine boned tannins.

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 emerges from a year of bold contrasts, resulting in a cuvée defined by clarity, structure, and quiet strength. Initially dark and intriguing, it reveals a remarkably tactile character, with linear, precise flavours that sweep cleanly across the palate. Broad and horizontal in its architecture, the wine spreads delicately at first, then generously - caressing and stimulating, touching more along the sides of the tongue than the tip. The flesh of fresh peach and nectarine wraps around sculpted bitter notes of citrus and gentian, creating depth and definition. Deep purple and fragrant, with red cherry, dark plums, blackberry, violets, leather and spice on the nose. The palate is rich and concentrated with dark red fruits and hints of tobacco and coffee. A complex concentrated wine with ample velvety tannins, a lovely mineral acidity and a very long finish.

This 10 Year Old Port is smooth, well balanced and mature and is ready for drinking now. Dow's 10 Years Old Tawny has a bright tawny colour.
