The 2022 Ostler Pinot Gris was fermented half in stainless steel to retain purity and aromatics, the remaining was fermented in oak barrels, 12% being new, with extended lees stirring to provide complexity, richness and texture on the palate. Poached pear, ginger, white peach and jasmine florals, a generous, luscious palate intwined with a mineral zest that draws the wine together with precision. A dry style, but with plenty of interest.

The 2022 vintage marks the inaugural release of EOS Pinot Noir - a wine shaped by the season's restraint and the clarity of Clos Ostler's site. EOS makes its debut, derived from the same site and plantings as Caroline's Pinot Noir, yet expressing a distinct stylistic identity.

Since 1987, Cloudy Bay Pelorus has set the benchmark for New Zealand sparkling wine. Cockburn's Special Reserve was originally introduced in 1969 as the first great Reserve Port, creating an entirely new Port category that was fundamental to the success of Port and the Douro over the following decades. Cockburn's Special Reserve is a very fine wine selected for its richness and concentration, from the finest vineyards in the Upper Douro and matured in oak casks for five years. This longer wood ageing gives its fruity and full-bodied palate a distinctive dry finish, making Cockburn's Special Reserve the benchmark for all Reserve Ports.
