This seamless wine has outstanding fruit concentration and a zesty underlying minerality that leads to a pure, lively and focused dry finish.

Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

Aromas of Kaffir lime, lemon and Jasmine blossom are mixed with hazelnuts and a touch of spice. The palate is bright and pure with a beautiful grainy texture, honeysuckle, and ripe citrus flavours. This waxy textured riesling has great concentration and a lovely balance of sweetness and mouth-watering acidity.
