Naked Malt's unique blend of the world's finest single malts is extra matured for six months in 'Naked' first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. They call these casks 'Naked' because they've never held whisky before. This process adds a layer of rich and fruity flavour, creating a great tasting, versatile whisky, perfect for enjoying your way. Deep russet, clear and bright. Well balanced oak, sherry with a citrus hint on the nose. To finish on the palate there is a medium full flavour, mature, Speyside fruitiness.

Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. The heavily peated malt for this dram has been created from harvests brought home from three Islay farms, by Raymond and his farming colleagues Neil Mclellan and Raymond Fletcher. The resulting rich, aromatic Port Charlotte wash was trickle distilled in our Victorian stillhouse during 2011. Moving forward we now have 19 farmers who have made the commitment to grow for us and to whom we are equally committed. This Islay barley is who we are. This is where we're from.

Peated to a heavyweight 40ppm, Port Charlotte Scottish Barley is a cuvee crafted from cask profiles originally selected by master distiller Jim McEwan. It showcases the supreme elegance of this remarkable single malt - a union of the classic floral elegance of Bruichladdich and heavy peat. Trickle distilled from 100% Scottish Barley the spirit gently matures in the lochside village of Port Charlotte before being bottled here at the distillery using Islay spring water.

Distilled, aged, & bottled in Ireland, Proper No. Twelve is smooth and balanced with a fine blend of golden grain and full flavoured malted barley. It's aged a minimum of three years in bourbon barrel and offers hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood. A proper salute to all, Proper No. Twelve pays homage to the founder, Conor McGregor, and his neighbourhood of Crumlin, Dublin 12. It embodies their shared spirit of brotherhood, loyalty, and hard work.

The first release of the unique Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey style - triple pot distilled, and introducing oats to a mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley. They journeyed East and West to select Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks to mature this special spirit to perfection reflecting centuries of trade from Spain through Limerick and on to the New World. The Sailor's Home was built in 1856 to provide welcome and sanctuary to seafarers on their journeys. A haven really.

The Journey Irish Whiskey reflects a passion to create unique, delicious whiskey experiences. No other Irish whiskey is made like this. Aging Irish whiskey first in Virgin American oak, then recasking into American Bourbon barrels. Caravelle - the second of The Islands Series - is named for the sailing ship used for long voyages of exploration in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries, and for Presqu'ile de la Caravelle, the wild and lush natural reserve in Martinique. Remarkable Irish malt and grain whiskeys are matured for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks and expertly blended. Martinique has a specific AOC controlling how Rhum Agricole is produced - masterful finishing in selected Martinique rum casks introduces earthy and exotic flavour notes.
