Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals, the Murican lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes. This is not a lemon flavoured gin, but a celebration of lemon and citrus. The careful selection of the Murican lemon which is hand-harvested, hand-peeled and dried under the Spanish sun is overseen by Bombay's Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. This adds complexity and intense citrus notes with a long, refreshing finish.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset is our second limited edition expression inspired by the delicate warmth and golden orange flow of the setting sun. Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian White Cardamom, Turmeric and Mercian Sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus. Perfect for enjoying on a Summer's evening.

It is excellent on the rocks, with soda or in a Mintonic: crushed lime, a spoonful of brown sugar and some mint leaves, add some crushed ice, add 1/5 Branca Menta and 4/5 tonic water and garnish with mint leaves.

Broken Shed Vodka is handcrafted in Wanaka, from all natural and renewable resources. We use the purest waters, sourced from New Zealand's most precious reservoirs and distilled three times.

Octomore 13.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its super-heavily peated predecessors. Distilled patiently from the 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley, malted to a stratospheric 137.3PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks, this five-year-old spirit is truly remarkable.

Octomore 13.2 offers an alternative maturation to the structural brilliance delivered by its 13.1 counterpart. Following a similar path to the Octomore 13.1, this 13.2 edition is also distilled from 100% Scottish Mainland barley and has been malted to a similar peating level at 137.3PPM. In an indulgent point of difference, the five year old spirit has spent its entire maturing life in Oloroso butts from Fernando de Castilla.

Octomore 13.3 demonstrates the phenomenal force of flavour when combining super-heavy peat with the variable harvests gathered from the island of Islay, on one singular farm. Raised by friend and farmer James Brown, just two miles south of the distillery, this crop of Concerto barley was distilled in 2016 from the 2015 growing season, has been patiently coaxed through Bruichladdich's Victorian distillery before being filled into first fill ex-American oak casks and second fill European oak casks.

The Classic Laddie has been crafted from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style. Unpeated, it is the signature bottling and the definitive Bruichladdich. Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak, it is a testament to the quality of Bruichladdich's ingredients.

This exquisite elixir has been carefully prepared by fusing the tradition of tequila blanco with the intensity and distinction of high-altitude coffee from the Pluma, Oaxaca region.
