A second maturation in ex-Ferrand casks - the signature Plantation double-ageing technique - for a total of 5 years of ageing adds remarkable roundness and structure.

First matured in American oak barrels in the Caribbean, the rum then travels to France for a second ageing, where the cellar master blends in aged Jamaican rums up to 20 years old for added depth and character.
