Our 15-year-old Black River Casks is a tribute to the Black River that is integral to Jamaica's rum history and the source of the limestone-filtered water used to craft our rums. This blend of rare and hand-selected pot and column still rums are crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. It has a coppery hue appearance with a honey gold ring of age. This full-bodied rum reveals aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.

Hearts Collection is a very rare and limited collection of three 100% pot-still single marque rums that have been hand-selected from Appleton Estate's legendary inventory by Appleton Estate Master Blender, Joy Spence. For the Hearts Collection, Joy pulled ten barrels from the nearly 200,000 barrels ageing in Appleton Estate's warehouses - one of the largest and oldest collections in the world. Hearts Collection is comprised of three vintages that embody the excellence of Appleton Estate: 1994, 1995 and 1999. Each vintage was distilled 26, 25 and 21 years ago, respectively. This limited collection was named Hearts Collection for three reasons: it was crafted in the heart of Jamaica, the pot-still uses the heart of the raw materials, and the heart is a symbol of the passion shared by both Joy and Luca.

The instantly recognisable elegant white frosted bottle, with the full flavours of fresh peach and a subtle sweet flavour, were a hit upon launch and Archers has since become one of the fastest growing spirited drinks.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. A burst of intense smoky fruit escapes into the atmosphere - peat infused with zesty lemon and lime, wrapped in waxy dark chocolate. Bold menthol and black pepper slice through the sweet smoke followed by tarry ropes and graphite. Savour the aroma of smoked fish and crispy bacon alongside green bell peppers, baked pineapple and pear juice. Add water and an oceanic minerality brings a breath of cool, briny seaspray. Waxed lemon and lime follows with coal tar soap, beeswax and herby pine woodlands. Toasted vanilla and sizzling cinnamon simmer with warm hazelnut and almond toffee.

Armada have kept their gin simple, yet extremely delicious. Rather than overload it unnecessarily with an extreme number of botanicals, in an effort to try and impress your fancy neighbours, resulting in a taste somewhat reminiscent of tripping over in the forest and eating a face full of pine needles.... They instead gathered a blend of 4 simple botanicals consisting of juniper, coriander, licorice and angelica root and carefully distilled them to create their own twist on a classic London Dry gin. Their gin gives a crisp light citrus forward flavour which develops into a sweet, yet subtly spicy and smooth note. Enough flavours burst from this gin to enjoy it straight over ice. It's zesty without being unnecessarily complicated on the palate.
