Huntaway Reserve captures the natural flavours from each of New Zealand's distinct wine growing regions and crafts them to match the finest local produce.

Its appearance is bright, light gold and on the nose it has fruity aromas such as apricots, a hint of honey and beeswax. On the palate: half dry style; balanced between spiciness and a light touch of fruitiness; fresh finish.

This wine explodes on the nose with a fruit salad of peach, nectarine, melon and pear combining with honey, spice and floral notes for an intense and inviting array of aromas. The palate is elegant, dry and concentrated with ripe, tropical and stone fruit flavours and delicious textural creaminess from the wild fermentation. It is a charming mouthful, concluding in a long, smooth finish.

The palate has ripe, rich fruit flavours with good oily texture and a crisp finish, balanced with a touch of sweetness.

Fresh pears with ginger and apple crumble notes. This softly textured wine exhibits pear and spice with a dry finish.

Light straw in colour with aromas of white peach, tinned pears and freshly-baked apple pie. This is a dry wine but with a soft and luscious mouthfeel, nice weight and a touch of acidity on the finish that provides lovely balance.

Characters from this special vineyard in Ward give this Pinot Gris complexity and depth. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.

It is deep lemon in colour, with an expansive bouquet filled with aromas of pear drops, feijoa, spice and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and unctuous, with a tangy hint of ginger. The earlier picked fruit adds freshness and satisfying acidity, while the late picked portion and lees ageing have increased the mouth feel and complexity of this wine.

Pinot gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris and is grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. The wines are chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.
