Roe & Co is a new premium Blended Irish Whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish Whiskey. Refined, elegant, and with remarkable depth, a masterful blend of rich malt whiskey and the smoothest of grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks.

The first release of the unique Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey style - triple pot distilled, and introducing oats to a mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley. They journeyed East and West to select Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks to mature this special spirit to perfection reflecting centuries of trade from Spain through Limerick and on to the New World. Caravelle - the second of The Islands Series - is named for the sailing ship used for long voyages of exploration in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries, and for Presqu'ile de la Caravelle, the wild and lush natural reserve in Martinique. Remarkable Irish malt and grain whiskeys are matured for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks and expertly blended. Martinique has a specific AOC controlling how Rhum Agricole is produced - masterful finishing in selected Martinique rum casks introduces earthy and exotic flavour notes.

The Islands Series reflects our pursuit of bold whiskey experiences - infusing our whiskey with the unique flavours from rum casks of the Caribbean islands. Remarkable Irish malt and grain whiskeys, matured for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks. Expert finishing in selected Barbados Rum casks introduces lush, refined flavour twists typical of the birthplace of Caribbean rum.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

Finished in Carcavelos white port casks, this whisky releases aromas of juicy melon and pear. On the palate flavours of soft oak, warm hay, crisp grapes and apples, finishing with chocolate and spice.

To celebrate the rebirth and beginning of a new chapter in Irish Whiskey's new Golden Era, Teeling Whiskey is proud to release the Teeling Renaissance, a limited series of Single Malt bottlings, celebrating the very best Teeling Whiskey has to offer. The Renaissance Series No.5 consists of 18YO Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-Calvados casks, imparting a beautiful range of sweet fruit flavours with a soft spiciness. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.

Proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration ensures all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

The first in their Aged Single Grain series saw Teeling explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, while their newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on the Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks.
