Meaning "The Beauty of the Seasons," KI NO BI is made from 11 carefully selected botanicals, distilled separately across six elements - Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, and Fruity & Floral - to achieve exceptional balance. In the SEI expression, this meticulous process is intensified, with the final blend recalibrated to elevate each botanical to its fullest, delivering a rich, powerful gin with remarkable depth and clarity.

KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape.
