Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals, the Murican lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes. This is not a lemon flavoured gin, but a celebration of lemon and citrus. The careful selection of the Murican lemon which is hand-harvested, hand-peeled and dried under the Spanish sun is overseen by Bombay's Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. This adds complexity and intense citrus notes with a long, refreshing finish.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset - Inspired by the universal glow of the setting sun. A unique aromatic flavour expression combining the ten signature exotic Bombay Sapphire botanicals with an additional three - golden turmeric, Indian white cardamom, and bittersweet Spanish mandarin to create a complex but beautifully balanced, vibrant gin. Pair Sunset with ginger ale, fresh ginger, and a squeeze of lime to create the refreshing taste of a Sunset Buck, or alternatively can be used to enhance a twist on a classic, as a Sunset Negroni. Ideal to enjoy while reconnecting and unwinding with friends as the sun descends and day becomes night.

A little bit special, this gin is inspired by the wasabi root that grows locally in Golden Bay. Unlike most wasabi (which is often coloured horseradish), real wasabi root does not have that same searing heat - but rather a clean, earthy finish that is perfectly suited to a navy strength gin.

In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed.
