Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a celebration of the South-East Spanish region, Murcia, and their growers, who have been sustainably growing the botanicals for Bombay Sapphire for decades. Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. Murcia is famous for the finest Fino lemons and each Fino lemon is hand-picked, hand-peeled and hand-dried in the hot Spanish sun. These lemons add aromatic flavours and Bombay balanced this with sweet mandarin and Naval oranges which grow in the same region.
