The wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft 'La Cuvée', a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in their cellars. Laurent-Perrier's style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Mansons Farm Pinot Noir is hand crafted in very limited quantities. Medium ruby red in colour with a bouquet of black cherry, savoury brown spice, and notes of baronial flower. On the palate, a dense, dark berry entry and hints of spice are supported by an elegant tannin structure.

This 10 Year Old Port is smooth, well balanced and mature and is ready for drinking now. Dow's 10 Years Old Tawny has a bright tawny colour. On the nose brimming with aromas of candied fruit and toffee, beautifully combined with some mature ripe fruit. On the palate vibrant nutty flavours, perfect balance and with a lovely long finish.
