Deep ruby in colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich, concentrated aromas of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, cocoa, and sweet spices. Soft, chewy tannins lead to a long, lush finish. Ageing select lots in bourbon whiskey barrels enhances the finish of smoke, sweet spice, and cocoa when added to the final blend.
