Moët Impérial is the House's iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon's unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Sumptuous white fleshed fruits, an alluring caress of fine bubbles, the soft vivacity of citrus and nuances of gooseberry.

True to its Coonawarra roots, this vintage exhibits a distinctive ferrous red grip on the palate - a hallmark of the region's famed terra rossa soil. Mineral undertones add depth without detracting from the wine's approachability. Firm grippy tannins are well integrated, providing structure while allowing French oak spice nuances to emerge gently alongside hints of cola. Cedar spice weaves through the profile, joined by tart cranberry and redcurrant flavours. Subtle inflections of white pepper mix with classic cigar box aromas and a dusting of paprika for added dimension. Rounded out by a suggestion of rare roast beef that lingers on the finish.

The climate of the Barossa Valley is not dissimilar to the warm, dry regions of Europe where the origins of the Grenache can be traced. The region is held in very high regard for this varietal and boasts some of the oldest vines in Australia. The 2024 Bin 21 release immediately captivates with a bright and alluring perfume of floral notes and exotic spice. With fruit sourced from Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, it delivers a harmonious balance of freshness and structure. A distinctive minerality immediately strikes the palate, a signature of the terroirs from which this Grenache hails. The acid is crunchy and invigorating, laying the foundation for a blend of red fruits that dance across the palate. Blueberry tart brings a balance of sweetness and acidity. The texture of the palate is notable, with papery tannins, suggesting an elegant and refined structure. Appellation: The vineyards are the largest of the northern Rhône appellations. They cover 11 communes in the Drôme "département", on the left bank of the river Rhône. Tasting notes: The colour is a deep garnet red. The nose is essentially fruity, with strong aromas of cassis and plums, a touch of violets. This is an ample, well-rounded wine that has sufficient tannins for ageing capacity. Pairing: Game, grilled meats, and all types of food cooked in sauce.

Dreadnought Syrah is very classical in style, lifted red fruits with a dark edge of graphite and pepper along with savoury stem derived characters make for an intense and interesting aroma profile. The palate is very linear but vibrant carrying good weight and concentration but also a lively streak from the stem inclusion that makes the finish seem fresh and lithe.

Named in honour of a Thorn family ancestor, William Randell Shiraz is the only single vineyard Shiraz produced by Thorn-Clarke and is sourced from the older Kabininge Vineyard. This wine is only produced in exceptional years, and in very small volumes equating to less than 1% of total production. With fruit quality and intensity second to none, this wine is aged for 22 months in 100% new French and American oak. Black and inky in colour, the complexity and concentration evident on the nose and palate are amazing. Cellar up to 15 Years.

The complex oak and integrated tannin leads to an excellently poised wine. A wine which is refined and balanced, walking a fine line of elegance and power.

Displaying a concentrated palate of dark berry fruits with spice and pepper aromas. This beautifully bold wine embodies what the Brown Brothers winemaking team strive for in making quality Shiraz. The nose is ripe with aromatic blackberry with toasty oak, and hints of cinnamon and white pepper characters. The palate is intense and concentrated with great balance.
