Very French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

A sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length.

Balance is the golden rule with the Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rosé. The musts undergo very little racking, in order to develop the wine's volume, yet maintain its freshness. 100% pressed Rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. Ideal for an aperitif, or accompanying a number of summer style dishes.

This Pinot Rosé displays a lovely red rose petal, whilst the aroma talks of ripe raspberry and strawberry notes. On the palate the wine leads with dry textural red cherry, developing into a richly textured mid-palate; brambly raspberry notes drive the finish of the wine.

Ruby Ports are a blend of young, vibrant wines from different harvests. They are kept for an average of two to three years in oak vats before they are blended, fined and bottled ready to enjoy. Tawny Ports are a blend of young wines from various harvests, are kept for an average of two to three years in casks. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks. Cockburn's Fine Tawny is an elegant Port with mellow and spicy flavours. Perfect served chilled at the end of a dinner or simply to enjoy with good friends on relaxed occasions.

Wild raspberry, blueberry, cracked pepper and hints of vanilla bean show on the nose. Powerful and balanced ripe tannins give the wine great savoury structure.
