This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.

The wine exhibits some flinty sulphide notes over aromatics of green pepper, gooseberry and nettles with additional tones of passion fruit and lychee. The palate is fresh and vibrant with vibrant acidity balanced by weight and texture from the barrel fermentation and a long persistent gin and tonic like finish.

Old vine Mendoza Chardonnay from Hunter's Rapaura vineyard. Fresh hand-picked nectarines and apricots with a subtle nuttiness create a delicate and elegant finish. The Hunter's Offshoot Chardonnay can be enjoyed now but will continue to develop over the next five years.

The nose of this wonderful Côte de Provence shows initially freshly cut grass, flowers petals and light red berry fruits. The mouth is endowed with roundness, finesse with a beautiful, sensual body.

Daniel Le Brun Rosé has fresh and vibrant aromas of strawberries which are complemented by a creamy, biscuity complexity. The fine delicate mousse provides a soft creamy mouthfeel, with an appealing richness giving the wine excellent approachability.

In this traditional French blend the sauvignon blanc has given a complex range of exotic aromas and flavours suggestive of lychees, paw paw, Turkish musk and passionfruit, backed by hints of gooseberry and dried wild herbs. The Semillon has added complementary lemon and lime flavours and help fill out the midpalate providing weight and depth.

The King's Wrath Pinot Noir reveals rich aromas of black doris plum, cassis, florals, and clove spices. The full-bodied palate features fine-grained tannins, complemented by crushed blackberry, dark chocolate, and savoury notes.
