The wine has a lifted bouquet of black cherry, violets, plum and all enhanced by hints of cedary oak. The concentrated palate exhibits boysenberry, red currant and fine grain textured tannins. Will age well with careful cellaring.

Grown on the lower terrace at Te Muna Road, this wine shows a unique level of texture and complexity. The cooler climate of Martinborough ensures the wine is aromatic with steely minerality while the rocky soils gives intensity of the fruit. Fresh kaffir lime leaf and white floral aromatics. Bright lemon in colour, the bouquet offers aromas of toasted almonds, ripe citrus, and a touch of sea spray. On the palate the wine is bright and focused, opening up to layers of stone fruit and lemon curd, over toasted oak and vanilla bean. The artisan winemaking approach has resulted in a classic and elegantly textured chardonnay, with beautiful balance, and a long, pure finish.

A bit brooding at first, this takes a minute to open up. Baking spices, blueberry and cassis, reveal lifted red fruits and cinnamon, wrapped up in a toasty oak. The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries, soft acid and fine chalky tannins.

Mahi love Chardonnay! This wine is a complex, textural wine that exhibits the slight creaminess on the mid-palate that is the key characteristic of Chardonnay. The structure still retains acidity giving length and freshness.

This Pride of the Fleurieu Cabernet was grown in the family's pride and joy, overlooking the Finniss River wetlands, Tony Brooks and Prof. Barbara Santich's dry grown Stranger's Reach vineyard cooled by the Great Southern Ocean and Lake Alexandrina where low rainfall and deep alluvial soils encourage Cabernet to populate or perish. Selected bunches were hand picked by family and friends in the last week of March and gently crushed into open top fermenters. After 8 days fermentation the wine was then basket pressed into some new but predominately older French Oak Barriques for 18 months maturation and then bottled with minimal winemaking artifact, to capture the essence of the vineyard and will reward cellaring and decanting.

Fresh red berry, star anise, wild strawberry and pretty floral aromas combine with lovely bright red fruit, gentle spice and subtle creaminess. A pure expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Luscious and fruit focussed with great flavour and soft supple tannin.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Chardonnay features citrus floral notes, toasted brioche and a hint of cashew on the nose. Initially some classically rich Chardonnay fruit character on the palate, white stone fruit and toast notes which then picks up on the fresh and crisp finish. The wine finishes with refreshing grapefruit and lemon zest.
