Nola's Tawny is produced from high quality red grapes that are aged in wooden barrel's exposing them to gradual oxidation and evaporation. As a result of this oxidation, Nola's Tawny mellows to a golden-brown colour. Nola's Tawny is hand crafted following a very unique process that has been passed down the Nola family for generations, creating a great taste of aged Tawny, whilst encompassing a rich mellow port nose. A full bodied, rich style of Chardonnay which is classic of the Gisborne region. The Last Shepherd Syrah is a bold Hawke's Bay Syrah and a deliciously good story. Floral aromas such as lilac, violet with lifted dark berry notes appear on the nose. On the palate, flavours of boysenberry and plum with well-integrated oak influence come through. With medium weight on the palate, this wine has a hint of pepper and warm spices, rounded out with a soft and velvety finish.

Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke.
