Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.

This Syrah includes a touch of Viognier, a traditional winemakeing technique in France's Rhone Valley. It introduces a delightful floral aroma and supple texture to Syrah's spicy dark berry flavours.

This swiftly fills the mouth and the balanced acid structure emerges through the folds of supple savoury and sweet fruit characters. The finish is long and, delicious.

Jo Nash Shiraz - Harmoniously balanced with brooding fruits and carefully integrated French oak, this wine offers intense blackberries and plums with a lingering spicy finish.

In 2014, winemaker Jo Nash discovered an exceptional parcel of Shiraz which was gently crushed and then stored away in some ridiculously expensive French oak barrels to age for 12 months. This wine speaks for itself - minimal intervention, purity of fruit, Shiraz at its' best. This is a special occasion wine. Drink with like-minded wine lovers who enjoy sticking it to the man! Take a moment to admire the gorgeous colour of the wine, then it's a perfect match to charcuterie and cheese, char-grilled steak, or a meat pie.
