Produced in limited quantities and aged in the estate's deep, cool cellars before release, this cuvée shows exceptional finesse from its meticulous vinification. In the glass, it shimmers pale yellow with silver highlights, offering a fine, persistent mousse and an inviting nose of dried fruit, cocoa, almond, and coconut, later opening to Mirabelle plum and eau de vie. Lively and fresh on the palate, its crisp acidity frames flavours of dried fruit, citrus, lemon, and bitter orange, culminating in a long, youthful finish accented by delicate notes of candied orange peel.
